It'snever time to care.
But for you optimists, I'd say no sooner than halfway through the current CPMs term. It just makes people look obnoxious, particularly anyone who mentions anything specific they plan to change, which just shows how unqualified they are lol
Unlike my campaign promise to make plasma cannons fire burning marshmallows, which is actually reasonable and realistic.
